FIRST FLOOR: On the first floor is a large media room with two sets of bunk beds, inlaid cabinetry, wet bar with microwave and refrigerator and satellite TV with a DVD player. The media room opens onto the covered rear deck and pool area. It is a perfect getaway for kids and adults alike. There is a fully equipped laundry room with half bath. Two king bedrooms share a large Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There is a spacious bedroom with 3 queen beds and private bath. A luxurious master wing features a king bed with a large walk-in closet, private access to the deck and pool, and a master bath complete with whirlpool tub, separate shower and double vanities.  All bedrooms have televisions installed.
 

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has a very open floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. The living area is equipped with a plasma TV, stereo, DVD player and plenty of lounging room. The gourmet kitchen includes a gas stove, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The island breakfast bar can seat up to four guests. The dining area features a large dining table that can seat up to 12 people. The dining area and family room both have access to the furnished screened side porch, which has ocean views. There is a half bath off the kitchen. A large screened porch on the second floor overlooks the private pool. The second floor master suite has king bed, TV, sitting area, walk-in closet and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
 

THIRD FLOOR LOFT: This cozy loft area has a wet bar, wine cooler and French doors leading out to the sundeck, featuring spectacular panoramic ocean views.
